Celebrate Canada Day with AVA

Thursday, July 1st, 2010

Stan Wadlow Park

Woodbine & O’Connor, East York

Come fundraise with us while experiencing a shopper's bazaar, rides, great food and much

more!

AVA has several tables in the community fair tent where we sell a variety of items - kids

toys, jams, jellies, new & gently used gift items, cat and dog items such as books, toys and

treats.

Thousands of people come out to shop.

Many bring their dogs since it is an outdoor event, so it is fun to meet them.

All monies from our tables go directly to our spay/neuter assistance fund.

Last year this event was cancelled due to the city wide worker strike .

We want to raise $1000 this year as requests and pleas for help

are increasing!

We need your help!!!

Donate children's toys & games, homemade jams, pickles, new and gently used

gift items; cat & dog items such as beds, toys, treats and books.

Come out and volunteer – “manning the tables” and talking to people.

Shifts are 9:30 am-12:30 pm and 12:30-4:00 pm – or volunteer all day!

Please call Denielle if you have any items to donate or can help on Thursday, July 1, 2010.
